• Perform regular maintenance, with advance notice when possible.

5. Payments & Subscriptions

Use of premium Services may be subject to subscription or license fees, as agreed in your signed proposal or invoice.

• All payments are due as per the agreed billing cycle.
• Late or failed payments may result in account suspension.
• Subscription cancellations must be communicated in writing 15 days in advance.

6. Privacy
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, store, and process your information.
